OLE Cancelation Policy:
Payment Terms
Prices
Package prices are per person based on 2 persons sharing a hotel room
Extra Options
Dancer 1 Day Pass (Workshop + Parties) - € 65
Spectator Day Pass - € 25
Single room supplement - € 45 per night
Full Board option on request - € 17,5 per person per day
Staying extra days - € 95 per person per day
Discounts
3rd person in room - € 10 discount per day per room
1st Child up to 11 years - 50% off based on 2 adults occupying the room.
2nd Child up to 11 years - 75% off based on 2 adults + 1st child occupying the room.
Terms
20% of the invoice must be paid within 14 days of registering for OLE.
Full amount must be paid before 1st of May 2026.
Any registations after the 1st of April must be paid in full.
NB Early Bird package prices pertain to bookings made on or before the
28th of February 2026
